An Experience Like No Other

It’s not just a vacation, but you go back in time to experience a way of life from long ago, while enjoying the modernities of the 21st century.

A vestige of the 100 Years’ War, partially troglodyte, the Château des Anglais, through its function as a lookout, offers a breathtaking panorama of the town, its manor houses and its cascades of timeless old roofs.

A few steps from the manor is the path that leads to the spectacular Autoire waterfall, 30m high, located in the heart of the cirque of cliffs. It is from this same path that the path leads to the ruins of the Château des Anglais.

Enjoy the Dordogne River and Rocamadour, Lascaux Caves, hiking, cycling, kayaking, and the Cahors vineyards.
